Engagements
Frank delivers his coaching and consulting services in the engagement structures and time frames that best serve the client and organizational objectives. Most often, Frank works in close collaboration with an individual or group.
Frank’s services are typically defined in one of four ways: leadership of or substantive consulting on a project or whole initiative; a period of executive coaching using the Granek 3-D Leadership Development System; an intensive coached learning program focused on a narrow set of competencies; or strategic support on an imminent challenge or opportunity. Within each of these contexts, the duration and frequency of sessions can be quite variable.
