About Frank

Frank has developed his services out of the most effective practices in an array of disciplines – from organizational design to human capital analytics in business; from cognitive science to leadership influence in psychology; from marketing strategy to hostage negotiation in communications. He has over two decades experience as a consultant, coach, trainer, and facilitator. His processes have been proven with ambitious leaders of all stripes and ages, and with organizations from boutique startups to global Fortune 500 enterprises. He is at home in industries as diverse as finance, professional services, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment and information technology.

Frank is driven to help his clients define and boldly move to the “next level”, whether it is in performance, impact, or fulfillment – and often it is all of the above. His work is characterized by clear-headed systems thinking, rigorous processes, creative collaborations, and a commitment to long-term growth.


Industry-Leading Credentials

Frank has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a Master’s of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Leadership Development and Coaching. He is accredited as a Career Management Professional (CMP), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach (ACPEC).

Frank has completed an expansive range of specialized trainings and certifications to keep his skills and processes on the cutting edge. For example he is certified in the Prosci Change Management Methodology and has integrated it with best practices of other organizational change methodologies. He is certified as a Master Instructional Designer and as a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Accredited Facilitator. He draws on the proven practices of positive organizational behavior, and has completed extensive training in appreciative inquiry. Frank is a ThinkBuzan Licensed Instructor (TLI) in mind mapping, which he incorporates in his proprietary processes for creative systems thinking in teams and organizational innovation.

Frank integrates best practices from a variety of leadership coaching disciplines and wider therapeutic and helping arts. These include established methodologies, such as traditional cognitive behavioral coaching and narrative coaching, and emergent ones, such as second wave positive psychology, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment coaching. He is both a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHT) and a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. These arts support his work in helping clients develop advanced leadership competencies and leadership mindset attributes such as focus, resilience, and flow.

Many of his most specialized qualifications are closely tied to a specific practice area. In the realm of wellness coaching, for example, his leading qualifications include Certified Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coach, NCCA-certified Health Coach, Somatic CBT Practitioner, and certification in CBT for Insomnia. Frank’s work in executive career coaching draws in part on his qualifications as a Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Digital Career Strategist (CDCS), and Certified Retirement Coach.

Frank is skilled in over two dozen assessment tools in leadership and organizational development. He holds the industry’s leading certifications for psychometric instruments. He is an MBTI Certified Practitioner and one of a small set of professionals certified to administer the MBTI Step III. His other accreditations include: Everything DiSC Certified Trainer, Birkman Certified Consultant, Hogan Assessment Certification, HBDI Certified Practitioner, and EQ-i 2.0/EQ-i 360 Certification. With each inventory Frank applies he is equally clear on its potential and limitations. He customizes individual, team, and organization assessment to ensure it is productive and empowering – and above all lays the foundation for substantive change.


Wider Projects

Frank is completing the process of becoming a Certified ROI Professional (CRP). The CRP designation reflects proficiency in the gold standard methodology for ensuring substantial and sustainable value in training, coaching and change initiatives.

In his spare time Frank is pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with foci on leadership psychology and leadership analytics. He is also completing an MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a focus on mind-body movement modalities.

Frank is developing a series of books for leadership and life coaches, with a targeted launch of the first two volumes in Q1 of 2026.
